We have two full-time service technicians at our store who service machines. If you would like to have your machine serviced you may book an appointment by calling us at 613-389-2223 or bring your machine in to us to be added to the queue. Wait time for service can be up to 3 weeks so it is good to call ahead if you don't want to be without your machine for too long!
